Planning a seamless, memorable journey takes time, expertise, and care. On average, travel advisors dedicate 30–40 hours crafting a fully personalized trip—from our first conversation to the day you return home. Think of us like an architect or financial planner: our clients invest in our time, insight, and expertise to create a travel experience that’s effortless, unique, and unforgettable.
Below is an overview of our starting rates, which may be customized based on trip complexity, duration, and number of travelers.
This service includes a fully custom itinerary, hand-selected accommodations (hotels or private villas), transfers, curated tours , yacht charters, and experiences with vetted local partners, cruises, and a travel protection quote if desired. Every element is designed to deliver a seamless and inspired journey.
Itinerary Design & Travel Management
$750 Starting Fee Per Week of Travel
Hotel Consultation Only
- Expert recommendations for 3 hotels tailored to your style and preferences
- Access to preferred partner programs and exclusive amenities
- Advocacy and support to resolve any issues during booking
Complimentary: For clients who already know the hotel they want and only wish to access our Virtuoso or partner amenities programs, the fee is waived. You can browse and book over 1800 Virtuoso luxury hotels online, right here:

- International & Cuba - $150 per person/$600 maximum per family
